Clinic Hours & Appointments
Consultations are by appointment, however, emergencies will be given priority
We schedule appointments for consultations and procedures. In the event that you wish to discuss several medical issues or require certain tests, please inform the receptionist that you will need a longer consultation. This will ensure that your needs are met as well as minimising waiting times for other patients.
If more than one person from your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.
Minor emergencies, urgent and same day appointments are welcome
If you have an urgent medical problem, please advise our receptionists of the type of problem/symptoms you are experiencing in order for them to provide optimal assistance to you.
If you are unable to book an appointment, you are welcome to present to the clinic where our Doctors will attend to you as soon as possible.
Minor medical emergencies, cuts and lacerations and fractures are assessed and managed on presentation to the clinic.
If you have a life threatening emergency you should call 000 for the ambulance.
High Street Medical Clinic also provides an after hours medical service that provides quality medical care outside of our usual business hours.
