Not registered yet? No problem - you can register online and book your appointment too!

Is there a cost for me to make an appointment?

No, the system is totally FREE

Can new or unregistered patients use the service?

Yes, new patients can use the service to register with us and book their appointment in advance. There will be a short form to complete on arrival. Please make sure you bring your medicare card with you if you have one.

What appointment types can I book online?

You can book an appointment online for any purpose. On arrival, just let the receptionist know if you have paperwork to complete as there may be a charge.

Can I make an appointment via my smart phone?

Yes, if you have an iPhone, you can download the FREE App from the Apple iTunes Store.  Search for 'Health Engine'.

Do I have to be registered with the practice to use the service?

No. Both currently registered and new patients can use the service, just complete your details online. New patients will need to complete a short form on arrival and present their medicare card if they have one, but can still book their appointment in advance on the online system.

Can I cancel an appointment if I've made it online?

Yes, you can cancel an appointment that you've made online or with your smart phone, at any time. Follow the step-by-step guides above for more information.

How many appointments can I make?

You can only make one appointment at a time, for each family member. 

Can I choose any Doctor?

Yes, you can choose from any Doctor with an available appointment.

Can I make appointments for a family member?

Yes, you can register and make an appointment for up to six family members.

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is necessary for completing the registration process. It will only be used for communication relating directly to your appointment. We never sell or pass on your private information.

Will I receive confirmation for my appointment?

Yes, you will receive an email for every appointment made or cancelled. And for appointments made with your iPhone/iPad or Android App, you will also receive a reminder 'one day' and 'one hour' before the appointment time.
