I joined High Street Medical Clinic as the General Manager in 2007. Emerging from a background in business management and consulting in private hospitals, physiotherapy and dermatology practices, I soon discovered a passion for General Practice and have been involved in General Practice Management ever since.
As part of the executive management team, my role as GM is broad and encompasses a number of key areas including Operations, HR Management, and Business Development, Policy and Procedure and the accreditation process.
I enjoy the challenges of running a busy medical and specialist facility and creating an enjoyable atmosphere in which to work and continue learning. What's more I love the culture and the happy friendly environment at High Street Medical Clinic.
I believe in prevention and wellness and that maintaining good health requires a proactive approach.

Assistant Practice Manager
Helen joined High Street Medical Clinic in 2000 as Reception Team Leader and in 2011 was appointed into the role of Assistant Practice Manager.
Helen has an intimate understading of the medical clinic and works closely with the team to ensure all requirements of the practice and its patients' are managed effortlessly.
Our friendly and professional administration staff are often the first point of contact for our patients on the phone or in our clinic. They have a strong understanding of health and always ensure that your appointments, enquries and the flow of information happens seemlessley.

Our nursing staff contribute to the efficiency of our Practice by assisting doctors with Chronic Disease Management Plans, Health Care Assessments, Team Care Arrangements, Wound Dressings, Immunisations and recalling patients for follow up tests and results.
