Simply Nutritious Dietetic Services

It is understandable that in a world of information overload, it can be hard to decipher what is the best plan for you. Here at Simply Nutritious, we believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach and prioritise providing you with the most up to date education to ensure you feel confident when making the best food choices for your needs.

Our Dietitian

Meet Nicole, Accredited Practising Dietitian and owner of Simply Nutritious. Nicole is a passionate and drive clinician who believes that in order to develop a positive relationship with food, you need to address health as a whole person approach. Evidence-based education, compassion, patience, and client-centred strategies are the key elements to the success of Nicole’s practice.

Starting her career as a Nutritionist in 2013, she gained experience by working in acute care, communityhealth, allied health, and sports nutrition. With a thirst for knowledge, Nicole decided to return to university to advance her skills and become a dietitian. It was here that she developed her interest in eating disorders, performance nutrition, and the microbiome. Since graduating, she has focused on working in private practice due to her love for developing relationships and trust between clinician and client.

Nicole is a dedicated and hardworking dietitian who thrives on the progress of her clients. She believes that nutrition is only one facet of health and advocates for the benefits an interprofessional approach can have for a client.
