High Street Medical Clinic is a private billing medical clinic. To ensure we can provide the best care possible to you and your family an out-of-pocket fee will apply for your consultation.

We provide bulk billing for:
- Age Pension / DVA card holders
- Children aged 0 – 5 years
- Chronic Condition Care Plans and Health Assessments
We provide a concession fee ($30 out of pocket for consultations) for:
- All other Pension / Health Care Card holders and Commonwealth Senior Cards
- Children aged 6 – 15 years
Workcover
Workcover patients are responsible for payment of their account. A receipt will be provided that can be submitted to the employer or insurance company (by the patient) for reimbursement.
TAC
All TAC patients will be responsible for payment of their own account. A receipt will be provided that can be submitted to TAC (by the patient) for reimbursement.
