Dr Gavin Tan is an independent GP who consults at HSMC. He welcomes new patients and is available for consultations every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Dr Gavin Tan was born and raised in Perth. He graduated with his Doctor of Medicine from University of Western Australia in 2019. He trained at Royal Perth Hospital and other metropolitan hospitals in Western Australia and was working in medical clinics from 2023 until re-locating to Melbourne in 2026.
Dr Gavin completed the Sydney Child Health Program in 2021 and is a Fellow of the RACGP.
